First, you’ll enjoy a free consultation visit in which you’ll get to know our team of experts. When you visit Mythic for your free consultation, we’ll carefully listen to what you want from a home theater, automation, or security system, and will tailor a solution and an install to your particular needs. We’ll show you a range of options, and give you our recommendations on the best products for your system based on what you want, not on the price tag. We’ll also make sure to discuss with you the costs that most customers forget about, such as cabling, compatibility issues, and so on. Only once you’re fully educated and informed about your options will we decide on the best path forward.


Second, once we have discussed options and potential solutions, our team of experts will go to work personalizing an install for you. When we prepare a quote for you, we won’t simply shoot it to your inbox and await your reply. We’ll call you to carefully discuss your quote over the phone. At that time, we’ll make sure to answer any questions you may have about your quote, discuss alternative products and their effect on the pricing, and more. Every step of the way, we’re not satisfied until our customer is satisfied.


Third, we’ll schedule your installation at a time that works for your busy schedule. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so our team can and will work with your availability, and for your convenience, we are happy to accept all major credit cards, cash, or personal checks. On the day that your appointment is scheduled for, we’ll show up on time, and call ahead to make sure your plans haven’t changed.


Fourth, once we’ve arrived at your house, we will perform a thorough, expert install of all the products and systems you have purchased. We don’t just plug things in and leave – our team of experts knows that your home systems need to look as good as they sound, so we will always hide all wiring, tune your system to your unique listening environment, teach you how to use the system, and offer comprehensive post-installation support. We’ll answer any questions you may have while we’re on the scene, and make sure you know how to reach us if you have problems later.

On-going Support

We stand behind everything we do to ensure
you have what you need and are totally satisfied.

Finally, we’ll follow-up with you if necessary to re-calibrate speakers after their first hundred hours of use and to offer any further support and answer any other questions you may have.
